In line with our Vision of raising capable manpower to service the African renewable market and eradicating unemployment by providing jobs to the teeming population and as a key player in the renewable energy industry, Wavetra Energy LTD Mentorship programme has offered support to 15 business owners in the renewable energy industry who just graduated from Wavetra Energy Academy this month.
Speaking after the presentation of the tools critical to the establishment of a brand to the alumni, the training facilitator Engr. Ajiboye Alasolewu, on behalf of the company remarked on what Wavetra Energy Academy plans to accomplish through the mentorship programme, “We are concerned with the data regarding unemployment in the country which NBS releases every quarter, and as a company, we are monitoring closely the numbers, it is obviously not encouraging, we are determined to change that, we are mentoring these businesses today to give them the needed boost they need to stand and employ others to reduce the unemployment rate, we know the ripple effect of our actions and we can’t wait to see them thrive”
Receipients of this support include the CEO of Muyitech Solar Olumuyiwa Iperepolu, the CEO, Hugtech system Engineering LTD, the CEO Mas Electric and the CEO Ebutech Energy, who expressed their satisfaction at such a gesture, “we want to thank Wavetra Energy for the support, our businesses will get the attention it needs through this and we can’t wait to tell our success story” they said
