At Wavetra Energy LTD., our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across Nigeria and West African sub-region, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our dispatch team or the Merchant (who is usually the importer or brand representative of product) to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Lagos Delivery usually arrives same day especially if order is placed before 1:00PM. Otherwise delivery to any part of Nigeria usually is 1 0 3 days. International delivery usually takes about 3–10 business days.
Pickup/Collection points:
1. Lagos orders: We usually deliver items to the exact shipping address specified in the order. In a case where the location is not easily accessible, we inform the customer to meet at close collection point.
2. Nigeria orders: We ship to any part of Nigeria. The customer is expected to pick up item at the Courier/Logistics company office. A call will be put to the customer informing him/her to come pick up the item.
In the situation where the customer wants the item to be delivered to his/her exact location, we will arrange with our logistics company for such delivery, this service may come with an additional charge.
