Wavetra partners with NYSC SAED to train young graduates on Solar installation

 “In order to develop a sustainable Industry, it is important we take a look at the grassroot and find ways to develop capable hands to service the industry” said Uche Anderson the facilitator, Wavetra Energy Ltd. There is no better time than now to actually understand what the opening quote of this piece is all about, Wavetra Energy has a vision and that vision is to develop the renewable energy industry as by providing a stream of ably trained manpower in the use and installation of solar technology.

  Today, we took a giant leap forward in the actualization of this brand vision, we partnered with the National Youth Service Corps SAED Delta state Chapter, in training corps members across several disciplines on the the technology of solar and the precautions to be taken in installing solar powered electricity system for home use and office use. As a brand we understand the relevance of this training in a developing economy as Nigeria’s with millions of graduate still unemployed.

 At Wavetra Energy Academy, we are consistently finding innovative solutions aimed at reducing the unemployment rate in the country through partnerships with  MDAs, we understand the ripple effect a training like this one has on the labour market and as a brand we will continue investing into the development of  relevant skills in the renewable Energy Industry.
